How long do credits take?

We submit all requests for credits within 7 days after return of items. You should see this on your next credit card statement, depending on where you are in your billing cycle.

 

Damaged or defective merchandise can be returned with authorization from Euram Gesmbh. Non authorized returns will be refused, and the carrier will charge you freight in both directions. To avoid a restocking charge, please return your merchandise in the original box and packing materials.

 

All items are guaranteed to operate WITHIN DESCRIBED ADVERTISED MANNER, but do not carry any warranty other than to operate within the return policy guidelines.

 

We will ship to suit your needs in our effort to be your best aircraft parts supplier.The standard shipping time depends on your location. For orders shipped via UPS ground is 1-5 days. Large items are shipped via truck, usually arrive in 4-5 days but may take up to 7-14.

The vast majority of our merchandise is shipped via UPS, and all orders require a valid street address.

 

How are shipping charges calculated?

Shipping charges vary according to product type and destination. Most products are shipped via UPS. Larger items are generally shipped via common carrier, and require higher shipping rates. All products offer an express service.

 

May I arrange my own shipping?

In almost all cases, yes. Please have your shipping account number, or otherwise coordinate shipping at the time of purchase.

 

 

What is your return policy?

Our Return Policy: Only authorized returned items within 10 days will be given a full refund. After 10 days there will be a 20% restocking fee. After 30 days no refund will be given. Contact Euram Gesmbh. for your return authorization. Parts must be returned unaltered and in their original packaging to be eligible for any refund. Return shipping costs will be the customer's responsibility. All items sold "as-is" or “as removed” Euram Gesmbh. cannot attest to their serviceability or airworthiness. Tested and tagged parts cannot be returned.
